"My daughter's trampoline cake was a masterpiece and so cool - the detail was amazing - we hated to cut it - but when we did, it was absolutely delicious!
And, what a gorgeous zebra design cake for my daughter's birthday - so unique - and funky too! But it wasn't only stylish, the cake was also so 'yummy'! Fantastic!"

"The cake for my aunt's 80th was beautiful to look at and delicious. My Aunt was delighted and so were all her fellow nuns in the convent when she took some home! These ladies are all excellent bakers but they all raved about the cake.
My son's Confirmation cake was deliciously chocolately, yet light too. The decoration was perfect - I'd left that to Liz - how do you make a religious cake for a rebellious teenager? It looked funky without being irreverent.
Both my younger children's First Communion cakes were made by Liz and Lorraine. For my daughter s one I wanted a very specific pink colour, and the blend Liz created was perfect. The cake looked stunningly sophisticated."
